Over 15+ years building brands across cannabis, supplements, environmental regeneration, higher education, and CPG, she's been part of three exits totaling over $12 billion. Her work spans the full spectrum—from food and supplements to cannabis compliance, individual coaching to institutional enrollment strategy. She's launched products, expanded into new markets, repositioned brands that had boxed themselves in, and built teams and processes that scale with the business.

The through-line isn't industry, it's instinct: knowing when to break convention and when to lean into what's proven, matching strategy to what a company can actually absorb and execute at their current stage.

Blue Quest represents the natural inspiration we find inherent on our blue planet, full of creativity, play, and collaboration. 

We were founded during a time of deep evolution and reflection in our personal lives and in the world. Years ago, during a moment of global pause, we turned to the natural world for guidance and inspiration. What emerged was a framework for looking at businesses and brands differently.

Our quest is to support founders and companies in creating aligned, resonate brands and the way in which we work honors the principles of reciprocity, diversity, and correspondence inherent in nature.  That is to say, we strive for reciprocity and balance in all of our relationships, we prioritize diversity of voice, and we believe that our internal world mirrors our external.
